What to expect ... Art Therapy
Don't worry that you're not an artist and that you'll be put on the spot. We may talk more than create art, if that feels comfortable at the start or you may decide to take the plunge and go for the paint, the crayons, the clay. There are all sorts of materials to explore.
If you feel stuck I may suggest a starting point or you may have an idea in mind. However the session evolves it's OK, no expectations no pressure. You set the pace.
Ultimately I find that people relax into the process and are amazed at their own creativity. The beauty of art therapy is it's ability to allow you to discover, expand and surprise yourself.
